At the Arizona Center for Tobacco Cessation, you will find mission-driven individuals focused on developing and delivering an evidence-based set of services that meet the unique needs of individuals, healthcare providers, health systems, employers, and partners to generate measurable impact and value to our customers, funders, and the great state of Arizona. Our comprehensive service offerings reflect each stage of the cessation process by:
- Providing education and training on tobacco cessation and technical assistance for referral development to local health departments, healthcare providers, health systems, and employers
- Collecting, synthesizing, and disseminating data to inform individuals, health care systems, policymakers, and employers about the harms and dangers of tobacco use and the physical, emotional, and economic benefits of quitting
- Developing public-private partnerships with insurers and employers to expand service reach, positively impact the bottom line of our contracted partners, and establish cost-sharing revenue streams to sustain the Center over time
- Supporting research and innovation to further dissemination of new knowledge within the field of tobacco control and advance novel solutions to improve outcomes
Thank you for taking time to learn more about the work we do and the benefits we provide to those we serve. We welcome an opportunity to get to know you better and to discuss ways we can work together to improve the health and well-being of Arizonans.
